SpotMyPhotos automatically sends event photos to the people in them, privately, and if shared instantly, within seconds of the photo being taken. Instead of everyone scrolling one giant public gallery after the event, each guest receives a private gallery of only the photos they appear in. It works in three steps: Shoot, Spot, Share.

Your photographer shoots the way they normally would. Photos reach the cloud through whichever method fits the setup: the SpotMyPhotos iOS app tethered to the camera for real-time roaming, a laptop tether for a stationary station, an SD-card pull, a drag-and-drop web upload, Dropbox, or a watched folder that picks up edited photos. It works with essentially any modern camera and adapts to your workflow rather than forcing a new one. Photographers can share photos instantly or periodically (via batched uploads during the event or after the event).

Guests register to receive their photos once for your event. They scan a QR code, take a quick selfie (which serves as a reference photo), and enter a phone number or email. There is no app for guests to download. You can also have a photographer or an assistant register a guest at the event by entering their phone number. If helpful, you can share a link with your client to include in a Know Before You Go email or post-event email so guests can register. Guests can register before, during, or after the shoot. The window to register before or after an event will differ by plan type.

As photos upload, the SpotMyPhotos Spotting Engine automatically delivers a private gallery to those who have registered to receive their photos, often within a few seconds. You stay in control of timing. You can deliver instantly for a wow moment, or use Approved Distribution to review, cull, and edit first and release only your selects. Galleries and the photos themselves can carry your branding, logos, and overlays.
