There is no one-click way to delete an entire event's photos and start over, so it helps to know what actually works before you try.
Deleting
For photos uploaded through the dashboard, there is no "delete all at once" option. You delete photos individually from the dashboard, and deleted photos are removed from the server automatically. If you truly need to clear everything, contact support and we can advise the cleanest path for your event.
Before you delete anything: deleting a photo can remove guests' spots from it, and on GotPhoto jobs it can disconnect registrations. If you are deleting to fix guests who were not spotted or photos that look wrong, contact support first instead, because deleting and re-uploading usually does not fix spotting and can make it worse. To replace photos, use the re-upload options below rather than deleting.
Re-uploading
Re-upload your photos as individual image files, the same way you uploaded them the first time. The uploader does not accept a ZIP folder. You can download your originals as a ZIP for your own backup, but you cannot drag that ZIP back into the uploader to re-import it. If dragging a ZIP into the uploader does nothing, that is why. Unzip it first and add the image files.
When you upload photos that are already in the event, the upload dialog lets you choose what happens to them: overwrite the existing photos, duplicate them (keep both copies), or skip them. Choose overwrite to replace the originals with the new files, or skip to upload only the photos that are not in the event yet. This still applies to individual image files only. A ZIP folder is not accepted, even with overwrite selected.
