GuestList lets you preload a list of expected guests into an event from the Dashboard, so staff can spot a guest by selecting their name from that list instead of relying only on phone number or email at the moment of capture.
GuestList is available on Pro and Pro Plus plans. It is not part of SpotMyPhotos Go.
Preloading a guest does not register them. Guests on your list still opt in on their own device to receive their photos. The list only makes it faster for your team to find and spot them.
Preloading a Guest List (Dashboard)
From your event, go to the Attendees tab and use the guest list button there to preload your guest list data for that event. You import the list as a CSV file, and a CSV template is available in the Dashboard itself, so start from that template.
Spotting by Name (iOS App)
When spotting attendees in the SpotMyPhotos iOS app, expand the spotting form to view the preloaded guest list and select the attendee to spot from it.
Standard Mode vs. Registration Mode
The iOS app supports GuestList spotting in both Standard and Registration Mode. Both modes work the same way regardless of whether you preload a guest list. GuestList simply lets account users look up and spot guests from the preloaded list.
Known Limits
There are no limits on GuestList at the moment. Avoid special characters in guest names.
