Uploader App Pitfalls and Remedies
Try exiting (or force-quitting) the app, then re-open and start a new upload session using a new empty folder.
Ensure the empty folder is located on the local machine; avoid using a folder on a USB drive, local network drive, or cloud storage services like iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
Once the upload session has begun, avoid closing the window; leave it running in the background.
